This class discusses the concepts of Sthira and Sukha (effort and ease) to remind you that you can find your balance during challenging moments. Flow through a warm-up sequence with rolling Chaturanga Push Ups, long holds in Warrior I & II, then peak in Standing Splits and a Forearm Plank core strengthener.
