Bird of Paradise requires strength, flexibility, balance, and the ability to release expectations. This class builds your skill in all those areas. Flow through a challenging sequence that includes shoulder openings, Bound Extended Side Angle, Tripod Headstand (optional), and various ways of entering Bird of Paradise, like from Malasana (Squat).
