Focus on your shoulders in flexion (arms overhead) while maintaining abdominal engagement, strengthening both your upper body and core. Flow through Lunges, Side Angle, Warrior II, Side Plank, Dolphin, and Headstand before finishing with Gomukhasana and Savasana.
