Create a safe setting for the dynamic pose Wild Thing, or Flip Dog, while moving steadily through preparatory poses and using a wall for support. This energizing sequence focuses on opening your shoulders, flows through Lunge with a quad stretch, a Half Moon variation, Reverse Table Top, then peaks in Wild Thing.
