Subtle Body Flow - Preview
Deepen your level of self-awareness in this breath-focused flow that tunes into subtle and more unconscious aspects of yourself. Begin in seated meditation, move through a heat-building sequence with standing postures, Kapalabhati Breath, and One-Legged Chaturanga, then cool down with Gomukhasana and seated twists. This practice focuses on the Pranamaya Kosha (energy body), the second layer of the five koshas that make our being. This class previously aired on December 21, 2022.
