Experience yoga's yang and yin aspects — flow through a heat-building and effortful sequence in the first half of class and finish with postures that bring ease and release in the back half. Practice Chair, Sun Salutation B with Crow Pose, and Eagle Pose, then cool down with reclined twists, Low Lunge, Reclined Hero, and Straddle Pose. This class previously aired on November 23, 2022.
