This Vinyasa class breaks down all elements of Crow Pose and allows for playtime with your blocks to practice getting into the arm balance. Begin with breathwork and Scapular Push Ups, then flow through Three-Legged Dog, Malasana, and Boat Pose before incorporating Crow Pose into Sun Salutation B.
