Chair Flow - Preview
This challenging flow incorporates a surprising prop, a chair, but it’s not for resting. The chair offers a way to deepen your experience with traditional postures. Begin with a gentle warm-up of Side Bends, Cat Cow, twists and neck stretches. As you flow incorporate the chair to deepen your Warrior II, then plant your palms on the seat to create in an incline in your Chaturanga. This class was previously streamed on July 27, 2021. Props Required: a chair with a partial opening at the back, 1 blanket, 2 blocks.
