This challenging Vinyasa class strengthens the arms, upper back, and abdominals by focusing on the pick-up and jump-back movement from Lolasana Pose (or Pendant Pose) to Chaturanga. Begin with supine core work, a plank series with added challenge using props, then progress toward Lolasana into Chaturanga. Finish with supported Bridge Pose with shoulder opening and Savasana. This class was previously streamed on June 28, 2021. Props Required: 1 blanket or towel, 2 blocks. Props Suggested: If practicing on carpet, we suggested 2 paper plates or gliders for the blanket work.
