What nourishes or blocks your creativity? This class features fluid asanas and moments of thoughtful journaling to explore creative flow. Move through modified Sun Salutations with strong grounding poses like Triangle and a hip/heart opening sequence with Goddess. Take breaks for two mindful journal prompts while in Malasana, then finish with Camel and Savasana. Props Required: 2 blocks, a pen and paper.
