Come back to center, back to your inner strength and calm. Start standing with sun salutations, trikonasana and tree pose before a seated twist and hip opener. Cultivate a strong sense of connecting deeply and going inward by moving on the flow of your breath to find the depth and rigor that is just right for you. Rest in savasana.
