This slow, grounding series uses long-held poses and sustained stillness to support nervous system regulation from the inside out. Each practice is designed to help downshift from chronic activation, ease deeply held physical and emotional tension, and restore balance for anyone navigating overwhelm, fatigue, or disrupted sleep.

Who this is for

This program is for you if you are:
  • Feeling wired but exhausted, and struggling to truly switch off

  • Carrying stress in your body: tight shoulders, a stiff neck, shallow breathing

  • Dealing with disrupted sleep, overwhelm, or the relentless pace of daily life

  • Curious about meditation but find silence hard, and need gentle movement as a way in
     

This is a slow-paced, low-impact program focused on stillness and restoration, rather than effort or intensity.

About Diana

Diana Azavedo has practiced yoga since childhood, inspired by her mother — a yoga master and spiritual guide. She holds a Master's degree in the Science & Philosophy of Yoga and trains future teachers through her own yoga teacher training school. Her classes weave together breath, anatomy, and philosophy for a practice that is both grounding and deeply informed.
