Sun's Out, Bun's Out - Preview

Don't forget your SPF, because this class is bringing the heat! Full of unconventional vinyasa flows with added strength work and fun twists, this upbeat fusion workout is all about building strength, endurance, and familiarity. If you're looking for a summer challenge, consider repeating several times throughout the week. All props are optional additions that will create more resistance if you want to turn up the heat. Props Suggested: A block, 1 lb ankle weights, 2-3 lb hand weights.
