This long, well-balanced class has a low and slow beginning and ending, with a fiery flow in between. You'll build slowly with happy baby, gentle core work, and bridge lifts; begin to fire things up with navasana and plank work; then move continuously through warriors, lunges, and twists. This fun, yet challenging sequence will alternate demanding flows with moments of rest, then settle back down for a long stretching session and savasana. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
