Old and New Flow - Preview

This full-spectrum class incorporates both traditional elements and new methods of movement. Begin with a few rounds of breathwork, warm up in tabletop, then launch into a creative and dynamic flow featuring shalabhasana with hip adduction, fallen triangle, twists, and warrior poses. You'll work your way up the mountain, then come back down with backbends, frog pose, and savasana. Props Suggested: A block.
