Shoulder Strength and Mobility - Preview

This class is all about creating strength and stability in the shoulders. Get right to the point with isolated shoulder movements, then expand out to work your whole body. You'll get a nice, active cool down with some mobility work then enjoy a final twist and savasana. Props Needed: A blanket and a hard floor, or frisbees, discs, or plates if you're on carpet. Props Suggested: A strap.
