Balanced Strength and Flexibility - Preview

Explore the value of both active and passive ranges of motion. This well-rounded practice is focused on creating balanced strength and flexibility throughout your entire body. You'll warm up with sun salutations; play with balance in tree, dancer pose, and half moon variations; and then get some air time in parsva bakasana and eka pada koundinyasana 1. There'll be plenty of time to wind down and stretch out the hips, with a nice, long savasana to round things out.
