This powerful, complete practice will strengthen the entire circumference of your core. Progressively fire up your abdominals, spinal muscles, and hip muscles with a combination of salutations, standing poses, plank variations, and arm balances. You'll move steadily and create targeted, sustainable strength throughout your midsection, then bring it down to the mat to relax and release.
