Get ready to practice your new go-to flow! This active, all-around sequence moves you through lunges, standing balances, core work, hip openers, forward folds and backbends. Begin with sun salutations, adding anjaneyasana, navasana and natarajasana into your sequencing, then flow into standing forward bends, pigeon variations and urdhva dhanurasana, before cooling down with savasana.
