Gomukhasana Go Time! - Preview

When only cow pose will do! Whether seated, laying down or upside down, this practice offers many variations on gomukhasana. Count on a warming vinyasa flow to prepare you for deep opening in your hips and shoulders. Supine pigeon, prasarita padottanasana twist and eagle pose are explored in a supported sequence. Challenge yourself with gomukhasana legs that float into tripod headstand, before coming down into wide-legged forward fold. Walk away feeling open and invigorated! Props Needed: Two blocks. Props Suggested: A strap and a blanket.
