Move into a fluid flow that taps into your spring of originality and imagination, allowing you to free your artistic side and create spaciousness. Gracefully practice hip openers, standing postures, gentle backbends and grounding cross-body poses with unique transitions and lots of flowing arm movements, using props as needed.
