Combine dynamic movements with static holds to open your hips with a friendly but very focused and well rounded sequence. Hip openers promote an energetic flush of downward flow that will leave you a little lighter and much more settled into your body. Start with a brief seated meditation, move through lunge and goddess variations, and wrap up your practice with a few backbends and supine hip openers. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
