This feel-good practice is the antidote to much time at the computer/driving/texting. A sweet mix of favorite poses - strong standing poses, abdominals and backbends - will move your shoulders back and down and open your chest powerfully. Class begins and ends with some restoratives so you are warm before moving and cooled off before resting in savasana. Props Needed: A blanket and a block.
