Sometimes we all need to slow down and get a little gut check. This Yin practice will stimulate the stomach and spleen meridians all the while deepening our ability to listen to our insides with poses that require stillness and passivity. This will ultimately prepare us for a brief meditation and a nourishing final rest. Props Needed: Two blankets, a bolster.
