Knee-to-Nose Core Conditioning - Preview

When we’re working toward a goal, it’s easy to lose sight of appreciating the steps in between that it takes to get us there. Here’s a class that will push you to your max AND celebrate exactly where you are in this very moment today, because showing up deserves our attention too. Begin with reclined abdominal exercises, move into Bird pose on blocks, Mountain Climbers and Side Planks. Level-up in Warrior 2 with side crunches, then keep the heat with Dolphin and Supported Bridge. Finish by basking in the moment—this is where the work begins.
