Build into forearm balance with this energizing flow. This class begins with forward folds, squats, and twists to warm up the body, then heats up with sun salutations and standing poses. Through backbends and shoulder openers, you’ll learn to coordinate the efforts of body parts to prevent individual muscle fatigue. Cool down with hip openers, twists, and a final relaxation.
