This feel-good practice will ease tension in the chest, upper back, and side body. Start lying down with a heart-opening pose, then warm up your shoulders and spine. Expand your heart in humble warrior and warrior 3 with your hands interlaced, then get a further opening in camel and side bow. This class was previously recorded on October 20, 2020. Props Suggested: A foam roller or bolster.
