Fluid, Spacious, and Meditative - Preview

Sustain deep states of concentration and open awareness through a fluid combination of posture, breath, and drishti (gaze). Begin with a moment in seated meditation and Anjali Mudra, sink into longer holds in standing poses, then close with a final moment in meditation and savasana. Props Suggested: A strap and a block.
