Lower Body Fusion - Preview

This focused routine combines Pilates and barre to target all the muscles of the lower body. Feel that lower body burn through squats, heel lifts, and plies, then come down to the mat for a variety of kicks and leg circles in tabletop, a side leg series, and bridge pulses.
