This slow and gentle routine uses a foam roller to both strengthen and relieve tension. Explore unique exercises that stretch and stabilize your upper body, particularly the neck and shoulders. Begin by warming up your arms and shoulders, try out gentler, more supported versions of moves like hundreds and crunches, then finish with soothing neck and shoulder stretches. Props Needed: A foam roller, a set of light weights, and a hand towel.
