This final class explores the nourishing and grounding aspects of deep rest. Relax into a lovely spinal twist before sinking into an experience of ultimate relaxation in supported supta baddha konasana. Now that you've experienced a full spectrum of Restorative poses you can revisit these classes whenever you need to unplug. Props Needed: Six or seven blankets, two or three blocks, a strap, a bolster, and a hand towel.
