This is the final stretch and we're headed straight for headstand! Ease into your practice by warming up your triceps, shoulders, and chest, then flow through cobras, planks, and warrior II's. After moving to the wall, we'll break down proper hand and head placement as well as how to modify for different arm lengths, then practice lifting up and coming down strongly and safely.
