After a quick warm up with some side lying core variations, work with dolphin hops to ramp up your circulation as you strengthen your body as a whole integrated system. The pacing is quick, with time spent between floor work and standing asana sequences. Cool down with camel and pigeon. Feel accomplished and a deeper sense of integrated strength, you are done!
