Connect to your legs, hips and glutes in movements such as a bridge variation with leg lifts and standing balance work, all while keeping a connection to your core. Say hello to your hips with a flow from down dog to all fours with one leg lifted. Cool down with an expansive camel and grounding pigeon pose.
