A warming practice to help you reorient yourself to a new place with a fresh perspective, release your "preferences," and turn your attention toward positivity. Use cat/cows, forearm plank and warrior I with eagle arms to find that feeling of home inside. Round out the practice with standing postures, a bit of hip opening, and back bends with a focus on your navel center for grounded strength. Props Needed: A block.
