Do you love a practice that gets into your nooks and crannies? Enjoy a non-flow based practice that takes some common poses and re-directs the focus into specific areas through experiential exploration and movement. Perhaps what you glean from this will inspire some new approaches. Great to do before or after a yoga practice. Get into your feet, hands, wrists, arms, hips, side body, neck and shoulders. Audible ahhhs and sighs are recommended and encouraged. Props Suggested: A strap.
