A challenging back bending class to take you on a ride of different back bend variation that share similar shoulder engagement. Expect king dancer, forearm hollowback and one-legged variations of wheel and beyond. Cool down with twists before savasana. Small wall space needed as well for pincha mayurasana. Create flexibility in your spine and deepness in your breath. A great class if you want to challenge and build your backbends as well as your inversions. Props Needed: Two blocks and a strap.
