Enjoy a little back release, side stretch and hip movement (the juice) before you settle in for a series of nice long static holds (the yin). Spend a few minutes on the front end juicing up your body, then dropping in for some yin that is just as juicy. Tune into your inner wisdom. Props Needed: Two blocks, a blanket and a bolster.
