When you have astavakrasana on your brain and need a practice for it that's quick and on the fly. Join in for a fun flow that includes a little core and some arm balancing prep all culminating into astavakrasana (eight angle pose). You'll finish with a touch of pigeon pose and a savasana for good measure. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
