Use props to help support yourself and remember that you are not alone. Support yourself in bridge, a chest and upper back opener and finish with a supported child's pose with a bolster or blanket rolled between the chest and thighs. It's important to remember that you are being supported along your way. Props Needed: a block, a bolster and a blanket.
