Begin in meditation to start an internal exploration. Move from there into downward dog followed by a warm up of sun salutations. Continue with standing poses like warrior 2, reverse warrior, triangle and reverse triangle. Step up the challenge with half moon. Finish by opening your hips in pigeon, a couple of backbends and finally, savasana.
