Reinvigorate your lower body with a slow, smooth and steady flow focusing on poses for your legs, hips and low back, like malasana (squat) and goddess pose. Increase range of motion in your side body with poses like swinging uttanasana, wild thing and of course lizard pose. All to invite more spaciousness into your body. Finish with a brief meditation.
