Gravity has a strong pull on your body, which can sometimes lead to spinal compression. Use postures such as goddess pose variations, side lunge and supta baddha konasana variations to decongest your lower back. Touch on a couple rounds of nauli pranayama, and end with a juicy cool down to leave you feeling spacious and energized. Props Needed: A blanket and a block.
