A great counter balance to your often hectic life, explore the foundations of breathing, surya namaskar, warrior 2 and triangle. Move into lunge twist variations and gomukasana arms to open your upper body. End with backbends and reclined hamstring stretch with a strap, leaving you calm and refreshed. Props Needed: A strap.
