Crows & Bows - Preview

This practice is all about finding our inner bird and flying with some fun variations of crow. Yogis should expect many opportunities for crow pose while moving through an abbreviated practice. To counter our crow practice, we will finish with variations of salabhasana (locust pose) and danurasana (bow pose) from the floor as well as hamstring stretches and malasana. Enjoy this practice, my fellow yogis! Props Needed: Two blocks.
