Core work can be intimidating to those that need it most. While challenging at times, this practice is designed for students that need more strength and awareness in their center but need a little more time and support. You will discover how to strengthen your center in a patient and sustainable way. This class also includes plenty of standing postures, twists, lunges and other groups that will sweeten the deal. Props Needed: One block.
