Standing Asanas - Preview

Straight and to the point...in this 30:1 practice we focus on strong standing asanas, sure to loosen up any stagnation in the lower body. Using postures like crescent pose, warrior 2, triangle, half-moon pose and twisted crescent we open open up our lower half and make space for clarity in our low back and hips. Enjoy, my fellow yogis!
