For those periods when you simply can't afford to do a longer practice (because you are so busy changing the world!), this 10 minute practice helps you maintain the basic strength and flexibility you need until you can fit in a longer practice again. Have a wall and a block nearby. It helps to be able to kick up against a wall in handstand and forearm stand in this practice.
