In this class we work with the Drishti which is a gazing point in each pose. The discipline of using a visual anchor in practice is calming to the mind, the nervous system and the mood. It is extremely beneficial to learn how to calibrate more internally and depend less on external circumstance and input to know where we are and what we should do- and not just in yoga! Many sun salutes and an overall well rounded practice.
