A flow to work and strengthen your outer hips and core. Adding in variations of navasana (boat pose), apply your core work to some tricky standing transitions, like various poses on the ground and standing into warrior 3, as well as ardha chandrasana (half-moon pose). A few backbends and forward folds top this practice off before savasana. Handstand options are given throughout, per usual.
